- Work closely with Team leader andTeam members
- Perform Senior AR Specialist dailyactivities: complete DTL and supports others with coaching oncompletion of metrics
- Works or helps and guides juniorcolleagues on difficult account reconciliation / escalation cases
- Manage complex customer accounts
- Acts as abuddy of new joiners during business specific training, shadowing
- Is the second voice collector within the team onescalated, aged items
- Run existing reports on a daily,weekly, and monthly basis
- Improve & maintainreports based on the I2C standards
- Learn and developsoft and hard skills based on Genome Profile setup
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly & accurately, byunderstanding customer market & needs.
- Proactively contact customers for timely collection or resolutionof aged receivables, by regularly collecting & analyzingcustomer data.
- Have a controllership overview of thedunning cycle/letters.
- Balance risk and growthobjectives by providing a good link to the commercial, and activelysupporting Credit/ Risk analyses and reviews.
- Validatethat reports meet risk & financial requirements.
- Coordinate Payment Plan proposals, pre-bankruptcy andpre-receivership recoveries once approved by the risk department.
- There may be an opportunity to take part in specialprojects, for those interested in personal / professionaldevelopment opportunities.
- Accomplish allresponsibilities in line with client compliance and integrityrequirements.
