    Key Result Areas:

    • Develop andexecute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with QRDI Council goalsto organize and regulate the HR services within theCouncil
    • Lead the annual manpower budgeting plan, reportit to the Secretary General and QRDI management
    • Leadtalent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, andemployee development initiatives
    • Ensure compliance withlabor laws, regulations, and QRDI policies.
    • Foster apositive workplace culture, emphasizing employee engagement andwell-being to create a motivational work environment.
    • Contribute to long-term organizational planning and strategydevelopment.
    • Serve as a primary escalation point ofcontact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievancehandling.
    • Manage office facilities, ensuring a safe andconducive work environment
    • Design and manage competitivecompensation and benefits programs to attract innovation andresearch talents to QRDIC
    • Utilize data and analytics toassess HR effectiveness and provide insights fordecision-making.
    • Stay informed about industry trends toensure the organization remains competitive in attracting andretaining talent.
    • Interview candidates to assess theexistence of the required job competencies and skills
    • Oversea the performance evaluation process and provide guidance toQRDIC line managers throughout the process to maintain smoothappraisal cycle
    • Resolve appraisal appeals and monitor PIPprogress
    • Oversee training needs and implement programs toenhance employee skills and capabilities
    • Oversea Employeerelations related activities including promotions, increments,grievances, appeals etc.
    • Lead incidents investigationcommittees to ensure fair outcome in compliance with thepolicies
    • Provide recommendations of the correctiveactions as per policy, whenever required
    • Overseaimmigration related requests to ensure smooth and prompt servicedelivery to QRDI Council staff
    • Manage contractterminations and ensure smooth exit process
    • Communicateany HC policy changes to QRDI Council staff and ensure compliance
    • Act as the primary focal point for Employees emergencysupport and report it to the risk team
    • Develop andimplement contingency plans in crisis times to ensure the safety ofthe employees
    • Manage the administration team and overseathe travel arrangements for QRDI Council Expert Advisory andCouncil Members
    Other reasonable tasks as assigned bysupervisorMinimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor s degree in relevant field
    • Minimum 8 years offull- time experience in Human Capital
    • StrongCommunication skills
    • Excellent problem- solving skills
    • SPHR Certification is an advantage
    • FluentArabic and English speaking is required
    • ExcellentComputer skills
    • Excellent writing skills with the abilityto draft and edit a variety of written reports and communicationsand to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiencyis an advantage
    • Proficiency in MS Officeapplications
