• Together with the Commercial team you ensure that sales forecastsof all products in your BA are adapted to the sales pattern so thatthe ordering process of goods leads to a healthy stock situation.
• You phase in and out range continuously during the year.
• Yoursecure that all products in your Business Area are displayedaccording to the merchandising basics (clean, price tag, wellassemble, no damage) during all opening hours.

• Toachieve the customer satisfaction goals set by the Market hallSales Manager for your area (measured by IKEA Brand Capital andCSI) People Management and Development
• To manage the selection,training and development programs for new co workers.
• Toparticipate in the recruitment and selection of the salesco workers when vacancies arise.
• To ensure working methods, basicaction routines and range information are understood and carriedout in order to achieve objectives.
• Motivating the sales stafftowards achievement of work objectives.

• Be Train the Trainer for the department andensure all the co workers in the department are trained in ProductKnowledge, customer service training, Concept training, H&Strainings.
• Act as Payroll administrator and be a super user forthe Staff Management System and generate the schedules using thesystem.

• Provide the Showroom SalesManager with feedback and their recommendations during theProbationary period reviews and annually reviews for the staff inthe customer service department.
