    As a Lead Designer in our team, you will be part of a fast-paced and forward thinking team of like-minded designers with a passion for design and Everyday, youll have new and exciting opportunities to make life brighter for our Clients - who are at the heart of everything we You will be working closely with junior and senior designers, turning ideas to wireframes and finally to awesome user interfaces ranging from landing pages, web and mobile Together we will design good-looking, aesthetically pleasing and functionally great applications that deliver a pleasant User ExperienceCommunicate the concept, ideas and outcomes of the research to the entire design and development team to maintain a smooth flow of information


    Job Description
    • Create design prototypes, features and specifications for the company based on user
    • Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality with in - depth understanding of clients and
    • Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization
    • Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming
    • Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows and visual designs as per ProCreator standards and client
    • Interact with clients/users to understand their needs and develop better products/ websites/
    • Designing and setting up Design systems and components such as input controls, navigational components and informational
    • Identifying and troubleshooting UX
    • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user
    • Spearhead execution of all design stages from concept to final hand-off for
    • Design user experiences for software applications through the creation of interaction flows, design patterns and medium to high fidelity
    • Deep expertise with a variety of design tools for designing, prototyping, and wire-framing (primarily Figma, Protopie)
    • Leading, directing and mentoring internal
    • Applying strategic design thinking to real-world


    Requirements

    What kind of candidate are we looking for?

    • Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the
    • 2+ years of experience in the UI / UX
    • Familiar with UX methodologies research, interviews, personas, competitor research, sitemap, wire framing, responsive design and
    • Familiar with UI principles and being able to translate a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive
    • Experience building and utilising design
    • Experience using
    • Being able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders about your team s design decisions &
    • Being willing to mentor junior designers on your team, helping them grow and providing constructive
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical
    • Proactive in proposing ideas and ensuring the design standards across the projects are
    • Proficient (written and verbal) in the English
    • Brownie points if you know prototyping /motion design tools like After Effects, ProtoPie,
    • Someone who is keen and eager to learn, put forth ideas and loves the design as much as we
