    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise and guide the development ofDownstream strategic goals and plans to the CEO and members ofCorporate and Executive Management.
    • Act as afocal point for Downstream strategies with the Downstream business,guiding strategic and business planning and ensuring businessstrategies are aligned with Corporatestrategies.
    • Conduct strategic fit assessmentsand analyses for downstream projects and business developmentopportunities as well as advise in setting strategic direction andcontributing to the Company's investmentplan.
    • Review Downstream's operatingplan and contribute to annual business plan refresh to ensure itsalignment with the Company'sstrategy.
