    • Monitor and report progress,prepare Procurement Status Report to Project ManagementTeam
    • Develop and maintain updated registers ofplaced purchase orders.
    • Ensure consistency ofvendor documentation and deliverables with the purchaseorders.
    • Expedite the suppliers'documentation and reports.
    • Liaise with allparties within the Project to consolidate, update and follow up allmaterial procurement activities to maintain registers up todate.
    • Develop and issue reports to ensureclose-out of vendor purchase orders.
    • Developand maintain KPIs on project deliveries.
    • Liaisewith the project logistic and materials team for the reception andthe dispatch of the procured materials.
    • Tocarry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by projectmanagement.
