    • Liaiseextensively with external or internal customers, analyzingcustomers' existing systems and businessmodels
    • Develop / administer systemintegrations and coordinate with business in fixing issues ifany
    • Gather, document and maintain thenecessary information to enable the project team (business and ITstaff) to undertake the project and deliversuccessfully.
    • Application configuration/setupfor all application projects in the various instances of therelease life Cycle
    • Document proposed changesto the requirements and solution to enable impact analysis andrevised business case, specifications, budgets, timescales andplans to be prepared and authorized.
    • Developthe processes necessary to efficiently operate the proposedsolution including user guides, manuals, training materials andimplementation and data conversion aids.
    • Raising Service Requests with Application Support/SI for differentissues and following up till resolution
    • Technical support for preparation of different Customized Reportsas required by business, Provide end user training for integrationsand new developments as and when required
    • Demonstrate application functionality, solicit feedback and ensurethat project sponsor requirements are met. Work with business andIT staff to enable thorough testing and successful implementationof the solution
    • Investigate on recurringapplication issues, look for resolution and escalate to anotherlevel if needed with recommendations for development to solve theroot cause of the issue
    • Analyses testingresults to ensure the solution meets the needs of thebusiness
    • May meet regularly with internal teamto update on work statuses and deliverable and discuss workprogress and obstacles and enable thorough testing and successfulimplementation of the solution
    • Liaising withother IT staff such as Technical Support and Application ServiceDelivery to produce new systems
    • Develop theprocesses necessary to efficiently operate the proposed solutionincluding user guides, manuals, training materials andimplementation and data conversion aids
    • Configuring users access rights to applications according toMilaha's Policies and Procedures for ApplicationsAccess
    • Perform other job-related duties asassigned
