You'll engage directly with our users,providing them with helpful personalized support while alsotroubleshooting any issues they encounter. Your ability to listen,empathize, and problem-solve will be key to your success in thisrole.

• Provide a helpful and caring customer service experience overinbound and outbound chat and email support of varying complexityby responding to customer requests, anticipating unstated needs,and educating them on our product.
• Proactively identify,analyze, and resolve client issues by utilizing active listeningand critical thinking to provide a resolution with a focus on thecustomer relationship.
• Exhibit strong written/verbalcommunication skills, excel at customer interaction, and deliverpractical solutions.
• Continuously learn, interpret, andutilize company and industry knowledge, practices, and proceduresto deliver accurate and up-to-date solutions.
• Update andmaintain the company knowledge base and Youtube videos
• Develop and maintain positive client relations and workcollaboratively with other departments within the company to ensureclient requests and questions are appropriately handled in a timelymanner
