    Are you organized and independent?Are yougreat with numbers? If your answer is YES then this might be theperfect job for you. We're hiring staff accountants to handle ourbookkeeping, financial analysis, and accounting in order.

    We're a recently funded and rapidly growing globaltechnology company that helps trade professionals (generalcontractors, plumbers, electricians) start, run, and grow theirsmall businesses.

    It's your job to keep the ourbooks in order. In this role, your time is spent:

    • 30% on bookkeeping and other clericalfinancial tasks
    • 30% on accounting, includingmonthly, quarterly, and annual closes
    • 40%supporting the business with numerical analysis (budgeting,forecasting, and reporting)

    About You

    You should have:

    • A working computer that you're comfortable using forbusiness purposes.
    • A quiet work environmentwith fast, stable internet suitable for VoIPconversations.

    Skills:

    • Spoken and written English fluency (C1 orbetter)
    • Efficient with computers (i.e., knowsome keyboard shortcuts)
    • Strong withspreadsheets (Excel); comfortable with formulas (e.g.,vlookup_)_
    • Able to write brief memos (Word)and draft simple presentations (Powerpoint)
    • Very strong business finance and accounting with a focuson US accounting rules

    Traits:

    • You're confident: you're comfortable making decisions andsolving problems.
    • You're efficient: you knowwhen it's faster to make a phone call than wait for anemail.
    • You have strong time management,organization, and attention to detail.
