    OpenPosition: Head of Business & IT Operations (ReputableTechnology-based ProviderCompany)


    Areputable Technology-based Provider company is hiring for Head ofBusiness & IT Operations to manage the entire operationsfor the company and be based in the Kuala Lumpur



    Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

    • Morethan 10 years working experience in the IT industry with more than5 years leadership experience managing ITemployees
    • Working closely with theManaging Director and Management Teams in setting and drivingorganisational vision, operational strategy and hiring IT Talentsfor the company
    • Translate strategyinto actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-widegoal setting, performance management, and annual operationsplanning
    • Oversee company operationsand employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture thatensures team members can thrive and organizational outcomes aremet
    • Ensure effective recruiting,onboarding, professional development, performance management andretention of the employees (Software Developers, Product Owners, ITSupport Specialist, Project Managers andetc)
    • Build and maintain trustingrelationships with employees, customers, clients, partners, and keystakeholders
    • Excellent communicationand presentationskills
