- Be responsible for induction & training of newstaff
- Be the front line to allclient/key stakeholderqueries
- Proficiently manage phonecalls & emails
- Improve efficiencies withcurrent softwares
- Improve knowledge &education around NDISqueries
- Work closely with the therapystaff & team leaders to ensure service delivery to clientsis optimal
- Answer inbound calls& offer high-end customerservice
- Operate the companys bookingsystem
- Manage query stage enquiries,initial appointments, interpreters, NDIS paperwork & allother client management
- Liaise with clients, theirfamilies, & key stakeholders for those living withdisability
- Work with Microsoft Office365 & other Connect2Caresoftware
- Experience in Administration(desirable)
- Working with Children Check(WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker ScreeningCheck
- Evidence of COVID-19vaccination (or validexemption)
- Police Check &International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who havelived overseas)
- High IT literacy withexperience in Microsoft Office365
- A strong work ethic &professional manner
- Good communication skills(both written and verbal
