- Mix and servedrinks.
- Check patrons' identificationin order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements forconsumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Entertransactions into the POS system, accept money and makechange.
- Stock supplies in the lounge/bararea.
- Observe and make decisions regardingintoxicated guests in conjunction with the Food and BeverageManagement's established policies andprocedures.
- Train new bartenders andservers.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areassuch as the pantry area and the lounge.
- Performother job related activities as required or requested by the Food& Beverage Manager.
