    A Barista engages ourguests during theirvisit, receives / serves orders and ensures brandservice standardsare met to the highest quality.

    What will I bedoing? A Barista willbe responsible for engaging our guests duringtheir visit, receiving/ serving orders and ensuring brand servicestandards are met to thehighest quality.

    Specifically, you will beresponsible forperforming the following tasks to the higheststandards :


    • Receive orders and serve customer requestscompletely in a timelymanner
    • Create and serve a rangeof beverages includinghot and cold coffee, fresh juice etc.
    • Take food ordersand assist the floor team withdeliveries as required
    • Understand menu content, any menuchanges, and promotionalactivities
    • Keep your servicearea clean, tidy, andwell-prepared
    • Efficiently managethe proper settlement ofall customer accounts
    • Answerguest queries in a politeand helpful manner What are we lookingfor? A Barista serving Hiltonbrands is always working on behalf ofour Guests and working withother Team Members.
    To successfullyfill this role, you shouldmaintain the attitude, behaviours,skills, and values that follow :


    • Previous experiencewithin a coffee lounge environment
    • The ability to createclassic modern coffee
    • Flexibility in hours as you willbe working rostered shifts,especially on weekends
    • Exceptional personal presentationand communication skills
    • Flexibility to respond quicklyand positively to a rangeof work situations
    • Passion fordelivering exceptionallevels of guestservice
