- Develop the necessary operational activitiesto meet and supportQNCC departments' merchandising andinventory needs.
- Manage the stores operationsand ensure achievement ofagreed departmentalrequirements.
- Provide the plannedstockrequirements that QNCC is receiving over the next few monthstakinginto account current stock on hand, current stock on orderandforecasted consumption.
- Prepare areplenishment planduring shutdown to prevent shortageshutdown.
- Provideinputs and relevantinformation (e.g., maximum/minimum stock level,EOQ, etc.) to theHead of Purchase and the General Secretary of theTender &Procurement Committee in the development of theAnnual ProcurementPlan (APP).
- Issue written andoralinstructions to Stores personnel regarding new StoresSectionpolicies and procedures.
- Ensure optimum stockonpremises and adequate stocks are available.
- Supervise theannual physical inventorycommittee.
