Job Summary In this role as Brand Manager youwill be responsible for managing both front and back operations ofthe brand store.
Brand Manager will lead the team to achieve Brandobjectives of maximizing sales, exceptional visual merchandising,driving GUEST experience and maintain cost controls.
You will alsobe responsible for developing strategies around brand vision andpositioning, to achieve overall business goals of the brand. Youwill also maintain a daily report and ensure high level of servicethrough capable and well trained staff.You will coordinate withthe merchandising/visual merchandising team on space and stockmanagement of the shop to ensure the best use of resources tomaximizing sales and ensure the brand is well represented.
You willsubmit suggestions to senior management for any improvements toenhance operations About You We are looking for candidates who arepassionate, confident, self-motivated and results-oriented.
To besuccessful in this role, you should have a Bachelor'sdegree preferably in Merchandise Planning, Sales, Marketing andPromotions.You should have at least 5 years' of jobrelated experience with at least 3 years in a multi brand retailingcompany in the luxury category management / brand managementfunction.
You should also have strong mentoring and coaching skillswith the ability to foster teamwork among team members.Furthermore, you should have well- developed interpersonal skillsand excellent communication skills. As we are in a period of rapidgrowth, we need people to succeed sooner than later. Our clientshave high demands, so we need someone who is ready for achallenging role in a fast-paced business.
