    • Building Brand and PropertyAwareness to Drive Revenue
    • Workscollaboratively with local, regional and national resources tobuild awareness and increase exposure for the property andrestaurants.
    • Solicits new media outlets andtravel media individuals.
    • Selects the bestopportunities for the property based on market conditions andproperty needs.
    • Uses creative selling abilitiesto obtain maximum exposure through travel journalists and mediaoutlets.
    • Increases awareness within the travelmedia community as well as coordinating events to gain exposuresand grow revenue in the restaurantoutlets.
    • Maintains website content and updateswebsite with new promotions in order to generate additionalrevenue.
    • Manages the hotel s social mediaefforts, if applicable.
    • Works with online mediaoutlets to promote the hotel.
    • Organizes andconducts all photo shoots for web sitecontent.
    • Coordinates offers and information forall publications and inserts with regard to brand loyalty rewardmailings.
    • Develops brochure and propertycollateral materials.
    • Participates in allproperty imaging work (e.g., signage).
    • Ensuresconsistent brand and property message is communicated in all publicrelations and communications efforts.
    • Ensuresconsistency in individual property's voice on all guesttouch points and public relations and communications, not onlyfollowing corporate graphic standards, but also on behalf of theindividual property.
    • Building SuccessfulRelationships
    • Builds and strengthensrelationships with existing and new travel writers and local mediato ensure future exposure. Activities include calls, entertainment,FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
    • Developsrelationships within community to strengthen and expand customerbase for sales opportunities and additionalrevenue.
    • Manages and develops relationshipswith key internal and externalstakeholders.
    • Conducts solicitation andmaintenance calls to media.
    • Develops strongrelationships with e-commerce vendors, media, and distributionchannels to ensure quality, cost effective creativeexecutions.
    • Identifies and communicates withdistribution channels that can sell distress inventory to driveproperty occupancy.
    • Provides all communicationschannels with creative and unique tools to assist in the publicrelations and communications of theproperty.
    • Acts as liaison between corporate andindividual properties in rolling out programs and making sure thatproperties are taking advantage of all opportunities providedthrough corporate.
    • Assists property indeveloping promotions for variouscampaigns.
    • Developing and CoordinatingCommunication Efforts
    • Provides accurate,complete and effective communications to visiting journalists,publicity or promotions.
    • Evaluates new publicrelations opportunities for theproperty.
    • Develops strategic public relationsplan for property, includes group, leisure and localefforts.
    • Manages individual and group mediavisits.
    • Identifies and coordinates communityservice activities in concert with the public image and needs ofthe resort.
