    The Bhumi Club programme is atransformational social change leadership journey for collegestudents to Be the Change and Lead the Change in their college.This program, through structured support & training, willempower students to learn entrepreneurial skills, leadershipskills, and team-buildingskills.

    Joboverview: We are looking for someone passionate aboutpromoting a strong culture of volunteerism by engaging youth atacademic institutions and Colleges PanIndia.

    Responsibilities:

    • TheLead / Manager, Bhumi Clubs will be primarily responsible for endto end operations of the Bhumi Clubs in Colleges / Institutions topromotevolunteerism.
    • Executethe club s promotional activities for student volunteers atColleges / Educational institutions through focused Campaigns& events. Ideate first level of non-existing socialinitiatives of College with a quick action plan and making thesocial causes aligned to Bhumi club sgoals.
    • Toplan and facilitate various innovative volunteering activities forstudents in line with the local needs of the geography andsustainable developmentgoals.
    • Toorganize multiple events to engage College students and work on theAnnual event for Bhumi Clubs Bhumi CampusAwards.
    • Tobuild a rapport with Senior management of colleges, institutions,local government departments, volunteers andauthorities.
    • Toplan regular virtual meetings with Bhumi Club Coordinators andmembers and motivate volunteers by encouraging their volunteerefforts.
    • Captureand collate constant feedback from Bhumi Club Coordinators andmembers.
    • MaintainMIS records and reports as per the prescribedformats.
    • Totake ownership of scaling-up of the Bhumi Club chapters in India.

    EducationQualification / Experience:

    • Professionalwith at least two years of experience in Educationindustry.
    • Priorexperience in the non-profit sector would be anadvantage.
    • Candidateswith volunteering experience in Bhumi or similar organizationspreferred.
    • Anygraduate

    Knowledge,skills, andabilities:

    • Operationsand training & developmentskills.
    • GoodCommunication skills, people engagement and project managementskills.
    • Goodwritten and verbal communication skills English and regionallanguages.
    • Goodcomputer knowledge and MS officeskills.
    • Forward-lookingthinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposessolutions.
    • Willingnessto travel locally andnationally.

    Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact withlocal Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able todo house visits and good reachability in the community. Written andoral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an addedadvantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and collegedropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative andQuantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positivethoughts keen to learn new things. Education Qualification /Experience: MSW / MBA from a recognized university with 1-3 yearsof relevant experience Other Information: Designation: Associate,Skill-Ed, Student Mobilizer.
