    Business Administration withProject Management

    Position Summary:

    The position of the Business Administrator / ProjectManager is responsible for managing and coordinating the completionof all language projects.

    Positionresponsibilities:

    • Manage the entirelife-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-pacedenvironment
    • Coordinate all the project phasesand efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of theproject
    • Liaise with sales staff to clarifyproject parameters
    • Negotiate deadlines andrates with vendors
    • Establish and maintainexcellent relationships with contract translators/trainer/teachersand proof-readers globally
    • Monitor and controlprojects status
    • Manage project finances,including budgeting
    • Prepare and maintainproject documentation manually and on a business system software
    • Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
    • Perform quality checks at various stages ofprocess to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, finaleye...)
    • Excellent written and verbalEnglish communication skills, other languages would be an asset
    • Detail orientation with the ability tomultitask
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent problem solving and analyticalskills
    • Independence in carrying out assignedtasks
    • Ability to work under pressure in afast-paced environment
    • Highly-developedcomputer skills (MS Office, Windows)
    • Experience in translation and localizationproject management would be a strong advantage

    Essential skills and experiencerequired:

    The role of a Project Manager in atranslation job is very important for many different reasons. Theirresponsibilities in the translation process not only ensure highquality translations but also outstanding service which deliverspeace of mind for those not as experienced in dealing with suchtasks. To help you better understand the crucial part a ProjectManager plays in delivering a translation we ll be taking a brieflook the responsibilities that are part of their rolebelow.

    We will offer support for the rightcandidate to develop the skills to ultimately, enable them to carryout the following responsibilities

    1. QuotingThough in some agencies, the sales team provides costs, a ProjectManager is well-placed for creating quotes. It isn t just aquestion of providing some figures based on a rate card. Handle contractor queries Once a project has been putinto progress, the translator may have queries, from what is or isnt to be translated to concerns about the terminology or content ingeneral.     • Develop and optimise online marketinginitiatives to drive customer acquisition;
    • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of thecompany website
    • Create and optimize targetedand custom landing pages and micro-sites;
    • Implement, analyse, and optimize organic and paid search enginemarketing activities;
    • Implement and executeemail campaigns to nurture leads and customers;
    • Analyse and provide weekly & monthlydigital marketing metrics and lead status reports;
    • Develop and manage content-based SocialNetworks and Blog Sites.
    • Review newtechnologies and keep the company at the forefront of developmentsin digital marketing.

    To ensure theeffective running of the Administration Department and delivermaximum quality
