Job Summary
Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team to ensure the hydro test activities are carried out respecting approved hydro test procedures Plan implement distribution tools equipment allow crew perform assigned activities Ensure total compliance safety quality standards Tasks Coordinate check work performed personnel reporting any deviations difficulties works supervisor Ensure all personnel belonging team strictly observe applicable safety standards Ensure works performed accordance project quality requirements approved hydro test procedures Analyze documentation received from works supervisor give instructions execute works accordance Organize means equipment materials perform work Check comply provisions report anomalies coordinate corrective actions Liaise with works supervisor optimize use equipment Site Carry daily toolbox talkings Ensure adherence planned time frame Implement permit-to-work system Liaise other disciplines ongoing operations Ensure housekeeping location Qualifications And Experience Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering equivalent trade certification Minimum years experience mechanic pumps compressors dryers oil gas pipeline pre commissioning projects Hands on experience operating maintaining troubleshooting repairing various types machinery qualifications specified below Good understanding mechanical systems troubleshooting techniques safe practices Ability interpret technical manuals drawings Physically fit onshore site conditions Good communication English language teamwork skills
