- Proven experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role in a 5-star hotel setting in Qatar.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Certification in Human Resources Management is desirable.
