    Responsibilities

    • Engaging with first/second-line management levels ofcustomers for in-market executions.
    • Negotiatingmarketing spend allocations with customers.
    • Addressingstock listing, availability, visibility, and expiry issues withindefined guidelines.
    • Coordinating with the logisticsfunction to ensure timely delivery of stock.
    • Overseeingdebt recovery and supporting the accounting team inreconciliations.
    • Directly supervising the Sales Team(Key Account Executive, Sales Executive & SalesRepresentative), including setting objectives, providingmotivation, and coaching.
    • Utilizing insights fromvarious data sources like Essbase, EPOS, and market reports (ACNielsen, ROI) to devise key account plans.
    • Applyingcreativity to enhance brand visibility and off-take across alltrade segments.
    • Implementing innovative approaches tohandle seasonal spikes using existing resources.
    • Contributing to the creation of an innovation culture.
    • Ensuring continuous stock availability on the shelf 24/7 andmanaging stock rotation.
    • Providing inputs for short andmedium-term strategies related to Customer Relationship Management.
    • Offering insights for short-term and medium-termstrategies related to Brand Development.
