    TPFRecruitment are recruiting for a rare and very exiting opportunityto join a market leading, Top 10 firm of chartered accountants inMaidstone, Kent as a Corporate Finance Executive. In this role, youwill take responsibility for supporting Managers and Directors inthe delivery of M&A transactions and provide support onwider transactions services including valuations. Our client ishappy to consider a Corporate Finance Senior, or an Audit Seniorwho is looking to move into CorporateFinance.

    Akey aspect of the role will be building relationships with clientsand intermediaries, creating high quality written output andreports including information memorandums, conducting research andcommunicating key findings to our clients. You will be a part of alead advisory orientated team with a focus on transactions in the10m to 100m space. You will be an entrepreneurial thinker who ispassionate about working with SME businesses across a range ofsectors, and entrepreneurial and OMBclients.

    Key aspects of the roleinclude:
    • Allelements of corporate and commercial finance, mergers andacquisitions, financial modelling, and financial advice.
    • Leadand advise clients with businesses for sale.
    • Adviseclients on operational changes in preparation for the sale of thebusiness.
    • Adviseclients on business expansion plans, including mergers,acquisitions, and new site analysis.
    • Providestrategic financial and operations advice to poor-performingbusinesses.
    • Leadcomplex working capital exercises with businesses alongsideaccountants, lawyers, and tax advisors.
    • Assistclients in securing finance to complete management buyouts (MBOs).
    • Contributeto the firm s revenue by networking, building relationships,retaining, and growing clients through opportunity development andefficiency identification.
    • Mentor and monitor more junior team members while fostering asupportiveenvironment.

    Requirements

    • ACAor ACCA qualified candidate with experience from within aprofessional services environment.
    • Provenaudit experience with a wide range of clients
    • Proficient technical ability (IFRS, FRS102 and UK GAAP)
    • An ability to prioritise workload
    • The ability to work independently
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail, with a genuine appetite for growth
    • An analytical and well organised approach
    • Being a quick learner, with an aptitude for technical concepts
    • A proactive nature and be able to demonstrate initiative
    • A positive and enthusiasticattitude
