    JobOverview:

    Weare looking for a Junior Assistant to join our hard-working team.The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, have asense of humour and prioritising skills, attention to detail andgreat communications. In addition, computer literacy includingMicrosoft for data entry and word processing, and Outlook calendarand email. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with theability to problem solve and use theirinitiative.


    Someduties include but are not limitedto:
    Assistthe Project Manager with administration and logistics of theWhakamanaProgramme:

    • Administratedata entry/record keeping and documentation duties
    • Pre-post-duringclassroom sessions with food service, resource supply and any otherpractical tasks asrequired.
    • Setupand pack down of venue and training room, and ongoing order andcleanliness offacilities.

    Assistthe Project Manager with executing events pertaining to theWhakamanaProgramme.

    • Deliverand maintain efficiencies to coordinate the Whakamana Programme
    • Providesupport to rangatahi throughout the programme delivery andincluding in-class support

    Transportyoung people to and from theprogramme.

    • Ensureclear communications regarding transport services
    • Keepaccurate records and provide transport to and fromevent

    • Excellentcommunicationskills
    • Savvywith Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel andWord
    • Currentand Full Driver sLicense
    • Apositive attitude and a willingness tolearn
    • Mustbe a NZ Resident orCitizen
