    Job Summary:
    TheHR and Administration Officer plays a vital role in the efficientfunctioning of the organization by managing human resourcesactivities and administrative tasks. They are responsible foroverseeing recruitment processes employee relations performancemanagement and ensuring compliance with labor laws and companypolicies. Additionally they handle administrative duties such asoffice management procurement and facilities maintenance to ensurea conducive work environment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Recruitmentand Onboarding:
    • Coordinate therecruitment process from job posting to hiring including sourcingcandidates screening resumes conducting interviews and facilitatingthe selection process.
    • Conduct orientationsessions for new hires ensuring they understand company policiesprocedures and culture.
    • Maintain accuraterecords of employee information anddocumentation.
    • Employee Relations andPerformance Management:
    • Act as apoint of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providingguidance and resolving issues in a timelymanner.
    • Assist in performance evaluationprocesses including setting objectives conducting appraisals andproviding feedback to employees.
    • Implementemployee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workenvironment and improvemorale.
    • Compliance and PolicyImplementation:
    • Stay uptodate withlabor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HRpractices.
    • Develop and implement HR policiesand procedures updating as necessary to reflect changes inlegislation or company needs.
    • Conduct regularaudits to ensure adherence to HR policies andprocedures.
    • Training andDevelopment:
    • Identify training needswithin the organization and coordinate training programs to enhanceemployee skills and competencies.
    • Facilitateworkshops or seminars on topics such as diversity harassmentprevention and leadership development.
    • Monitoremployee training progress and evaluate the effectiveness oftraining initiatives.
    • Administrationand Office Management:
    • Overseeadministrative functions including office supplies procurementmaintenance of office equipment and vendormanagement.
    • Manage office facilities ensuringcleanliness safety and functionality.
    • Handletravel arrangements scheduling meetings and organizing companyevents asneeded.

    Qualifications andSkills:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Management Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as an HR andadministration officer or similar role.
    • Soundknowledge of HR principles practices and employmentlegislation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills withthe ability to build rapport and effectively communicate withemployees at all levels.
    • Excellentorganizational and timemanagement skills with the ability toprioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Officeapplications and HRIS (Human Resources InformationSystems).
    • Attention to detail and a high levelof confidentiality.
    • Ability to adapt to afastpaced environment and work independently as well as part of ateam.
