    • Maintain daily mis-en-place (MEP) andprepare ingredients
    • Inspect & cleanfood preparation areas, ensure safe personal hygiene &sanitary food-handling practices, HACCP, labeling &FIFO/FEFO practices, hygienic handling & storage ofequipment & utensils
    • Ensure the higheststandards and consistent quality in the dailypreparation
    • Be familiar with new products,recipes & preparation techniques
    • Havefull knowledge of all menu items, daily highlights, andpromotions
    • Be familiar with the use of allelectrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observesafety precautions when handling them
    • Promptlyreport any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment whichrequires repair or maintenance to the immediatesupervisor
