- Collaborate with the team todevelop creative concepts for photo and video shoots.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including scoutinglocations, arranging props, and coordinating with models andtalent.
- Capture high-quality images and videos thathighlight the beauty and unique features of our resort includingany events and promotional activities.
- Edit and retouchphotos and videos to ensure they meet our brand standards and areready for use in marketing materials.
- Manage andorganize a library of photos and videos for easy access andretrieval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bestpractices in photography and videography. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strongportfolio showcasing work in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proficiency in using photography and videographyequipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editingsoftware.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills, with akeen eye for detail and composition.
- Strongorganizational and time-management skills, with the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously.
