    • Carries out qualityassessment of preparations from basic ingredient to service pointfor safety, quality, and nutritionalvalue
    • Maintains updatedrecords and statistics contributes technical assistance to recipestandardization
    • Maintainsand monitors stockinventories
    • Attends topatients' specifications or specialendorsements
    • Attends tophone calls from Dieticians andNursing
    • Checks and logsrefrigerator temperature in Enteral area in compliance with HMCinfection controlStandards
    • Prepares dailystore request and receivesstocks.
    • Assist in updatingmenus and evaluation of newly introduced food items andreplacements
    • Assistdietician /Assistant dietitian in caloriecount
    • Participates inservice surveys
    • Plans cyclemenus/standard enteral computations based on establishednutritional guidelines and available resources ofingredients
    • Transcribesphysicians' prescriptions of diet/enteral feed ordersinto encoded meal portions/volumes of enteral feeds·
    • Supervises trayline services/enteral feed issues as per standardpractice
    • Performs visual andtaste panel assessment of preparations that are ready for serviceand adjusts asneeded
    • Supervises assemblyof food items/enteral feeds
