    Minimum qualification:

    • At least 1year as a Safety Officer in Qatar
    • Available to startASAP
    • Able to transfer visa to ours Duties andresponsibilities:
    • Develop, implement, and maintainsafety policies, procedures, and programs within the organization.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of theworkplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance withsafety regulations.
    • Investigate accidents, incidents,and near misses, and prepare detailed reports on the causes andrecommendations for prevention.
    • Provide safety trainingto employees, including orientation for new hires and ongoingsafety education.
    • Collaborate with department heads andmanagers to promote a safety-conscious culture throughout theorganization.
    • Review and update emergency response plansand procedures, and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federalsafety regulations and standards.
    • Maintain records ofsafety-related incidents, training, and safety equipmentinspections.
    • Recommend and implement corrective actionsand improvements to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Conduct safety meetings and communicate safety information toemployees and management.
    • Evaluate safety equipment andpersonal protective gear for effectiveness and ensure theiravailability.
    • Stay informed about industry bestpractices, changes in safety regulations, and emerging safetytechnologies.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, such asOSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), as needed.
    • Participate in safety committees and engage incollaborative efforts to enhance workplace safety.
    • Develop and distribute safety-related communications and materialsto raise awareness.
    • Assist in the procurement andmaintenance of safety-related equipment and supplies.
    • Conduct safety assessments of new equipment, processes, orfacilities before they are introduced into the workplace.
    • Analyze trends in safety data and recommend measures toreduce risk and improve safety performance.
    • Provideguidance and support during emergency situations and assist in thecoordination of emergency responseactivities.
