    EXPERIENCEANDEDUCATION:

    EssentialQualifications/Experience:

    Aminimum requirement of a Bachelors degree at a nationallyrecognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 yearspost-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a universitydegree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidatesparticular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIAgency, that is, atleast
    Demonstrateknowledge and professional experience in at least one of thefollowingareas:
    SecurityArchitecture &Engineering
    Endpointprotection
    ThreatHunting
    ThreatIntelligence and SituationalAwareness
    VulnerabilityAnalysis
    Monitoringand Detection ofIntrusions
    DigitalForensics and IncidentResponse
    CloudSecurity
    Experiencewith:
    Workingin projects in the Cyber domain, particularly working to meetdeadlines and delivering products withinbudget
    Deliveringtraining on Cyber-relatedtopics
    Designingand developing learning solutions and courseware
    Designand execution of exercisescenarios
    Industrystandard development models such as ADDIE orSAT

    DesirableQualifications/Experience:
    Priorexperience of working in an international environment comprisingboth military and civilianelements
    Knowledgeof NATO responsibilities and organization, including Allied CommandOperations (ACO) and Allied Command Transformation(ACT)
    Experiencewith:

    DUTIES/ROLE:
    Actas Subject Matter Expert in the Cyberdomain
    Workclosely with NCI Academy Subject Matter Experts and the SeniorLearning Advisor to articulate Cyber specific training needs andsolutions for audiences in the NATO Command Structure, NCIA,Nations andPartners
    Workclosely with internal and external stakeholders to design learningsolutions and develop Cyber-specific courseware in the appropriatedeliverymechanisms
    Workclosely with the Learning Advisor to develop training relatedsections of Project Proposals and Capability Programme Plans(CPPs)
    Designinstructional methods such as demonstrations, interactiveexercises, instructional videos, web-based courses, micro learningetc. to support the most effective and efficient learningenvironment in conjunction withinstructors
    Coordinatethe development and maintenance of Cyber-specific learning content,including but not limited to topicsas:
    SecurityArchitecture &Engineering
    Endpointprotection
    ThreatHunting
    ThreatIntelligence and SituationalAwareness
    VulnerabilityAnalysis
    Monitoringand Detection ofIntrusions
    DigitalForensics and IncidentResponse
    CloudSecurity
    CyberspaceOperations
    Maintainrelationships with all relevant stakeholders in the NATO Enterpriseto stay abreast with Cyber-relateddevelopments
    Maintain,design and customise learning materials, resources anddocumentation to deliver agreedoutcomes
    Articulaterequirements for the Cyber-specific training systems andcollaborate with the NCI Academy Technical Capability and SupportSection to ensure the appropriate training infrastructure is inplace
    Conductperiodic reviews/revisions of course content for accuracy,completeness, alignment, and currency (e.g., course contentdocuments, lesson plans, student texts, examinations, schedules ofinstruction, and coursedescriptions)
    Recommendrevisions to curriculum and course content based on feedback fromprevious training sessions and/or newcapabilities
    Coordinatetraining changes with all stakeholdersinvolved
    Workclosely with NCI Academy instructors and the Quality AssuranceGroup to assess student performance and review cohortperformance
    Actas back up for training delivery in the NCI Academys Cyber Defencecurriculum, with a focus on "train the trainer"activities to enable other instructors to deliver thecurriculum
