    You Will:

    • Workclosely with our strategic technology partners to understand theirproducts and APIs
    • Utilize your technical proficiency andcollaborative skills to architect and develop innovative,repeatable solutions that leverage Redpanda and ourpartners' combined technologies. Lead the end-to-endprocess from ideation to execution, ensuring the integration meetsperformance, security, and usability requirements
    • Ownand manage the entire lifecycle of partner integration projects.
    Define project scopes, milestones, and timelines. Coordinatecross-functional teams, aligning resources to ensure successfulexecution and delivery

    • Act as a trusted technicaladvisor to partners, offering insights and recommendations onintegration strategies, best practices, and optimizationopportunities. Provide guidance to internal teams onpartner-specific technical considerations
    • Troubleshootand resolve technical issues that arise during integration orsolution deployment. Collaborate with partners to addresschallenges promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level ofpartner satisfaction
    • Develop comprehensive technicaldocumentation, integration guides, and best practices related topartner solutions
    • Conduct training sessions for bothinternal teams and partners to ensure a deep understanding ofintegration processes
    • Stay current with industry trends,emerging technologies, and partner offerings.
    Provide feedback tointernal product and engineering teams based on partner insights,contributing to product roadmap development You Have:


    • 3+years of experience in creating sophisticated joint technicalsolutions with enterprise partners
    • Experience definingprocesses and relationships with partners, such as supportworkflows
    • Examples of collaboration with productmanagers and engineers for crafting certification test suites,white papers.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, demonstrated through previous examples ofwhite papers and blog posts
    • High comfort level forworking with a fast-paced, 100% distributed engineering team andcompany Please highlight if applicable to you:
    • Previousexperience as a solutions or sales engineer working on enterpriseproducts
    • Hands on software development experience oreducation in a Computer Science related field
    • Exposureto data streaming technologies such as Redpanda
    • Familiarity with C++ U.S. base salary range for this role is$150,000 - $175,000 (CO, TX) and $180,000 - $210,000 (CA, NY, WA).Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. As aremote-first company, we strive to consider eachcandidate's job-related skills, location, experience,relevant education or training to determine individual base salary.
