If so, we want to hear from youAbout the RoleWe areseeking a highly motivated and experienced Project EngineeringDivision Manager to lead our NFXP Offshore Projects team in Qatar.

    In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing allproject engineering activities, ensuring project success on time,within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

    You willprovide strategic leadership and direction to your team, fosteringa collaborative work environment that promotes innovation andcontinuous improvement.


    Responsibilities:


    Manage all ProjectEngineering activities for the NFXP Offshore Projects, ensuringthey are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance withcompany policies and procedures.

    Promote a strong safety culture,prioritizing the welfare of personnel and the protection of assetsand the environment.
    Lead effective communication and coordinationbetween all projects on cross-project issues.

    Support the NFXPOffshore Project Manager in resolving technical and commercialissues, including SIMOPS and interface actions with Drilling& Completion and Operations Groups.

    Monitor overall projectperformance and key performance indicators (KPIs).Manage and closeout cross-project technical and commercial issues.

    Utilize projectmanagement expertise to identify and proactively address risks andissues with critical package vendors, leading resolution effortsand involving all relevant project functions.

    Direct your team toprovide critical input for project tenders and ensure effectivesupport functions, including contracts, lessons learned, and riskmanagement.
    Provide guidance and input into contractor strategies toachieve project integration objectives.
    Participate in offshoreconstructability reviews, pre-start-up reviews, and other relevantactivities.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Chemical, Mechanical, or similar) preferred; minimum 15 years ofexperience in the Oil & Gas industry is required.

    At least 5years of demonstrated experience in senior project management witha focus on project objectives, timely delivery, and leadership ofcontractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

    Proven track record ofsuccess in managing complex engineering projects in the offshoreenvironment.
    Strong understanding of project managementmethodologies and best practices.
    Excellent communication,interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivateand inspire a team.
    Experience working in a multiculturalenvironment.
    Demonstrated commitment to safety and a proactiveapproach to risk management.
    Proficiency in project managementsoftware is a plus.
