- Coordinate and manage the creation ofcaptivating content for diverse platforms, including social media,websites, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, includingoperations, agencies, franchisors, to ensure consistent brandmessaging and identity across all channels;
- Conductmarket research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences,and competitive insights, leveraging this data to refine marketingstrategies;
- Improve and maintain social media presencei.e. Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, SnapChat etc;
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizingresource allocation to achieve maximum return and achieve marketinggoals;
- Direct social media management, ensuringconsistent posting, community engagement, and strategic use ofsocial media advertising;
- Foster relationships withmedia outlets, influencers, and strategic partners and landlords(malls) to enhance brand visibility and media coverage;
- Develop and implement a content calendar to manage content and planspecific, timely marketing campaigns. Create a regular publishingschedule;
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotionalevents, partnerships, and campaigns to boost foot traffic andenhance customer loyalty;
- Analyze marketing data togenerate regular performance reports, offering insights andrecommendations to senior management;
- Stay up-to-datewith industry trends and emerging marketing strategies, providingproactive suggestions for continuous improvement;
- Regularly track and get insights into competitors'strategies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Mustpossess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business,Marketing or other relevant course;
- Proven workingexperience in a senior marketing role; with a preference forexperience in the hospitality and beauty industries;
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and abilityto lead integrated marketing campaigns from conceptual design toexecution;
- A creative thinker with strategic vision whotranslate ideas and executes according to marketing plans;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices inmarketing and measurement;
- Proficient in marketinganalytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectivenessand make data-driven decisions;
- Good understanding ofgraphic design principles;
- Excellent communication,presentation, and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability toexcel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at atime;
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and skilled atbudget management;
- Ability to think out of the box andinfuse creativity in every approach.
