- At least years experience inMarketing Distribution Marketing Digital marketing Brand managementPublic Relations or Marketing Communications
- Experiencein managing multistakeholder relationships in a matrix environmentwhich offers an environment of multiplicity uncertainty and change
- Ability to work across multiple diversified businessunits or multiple projects
- Proactive approach withstrong drive for team results and a track record of achievement
- Demonstrated ability to approach situations withanalysis clarity leadership time management and prioritisationdevelop strategic marketing plans establish goals and objectivesset performance targets
- Ability to analyse identify keyissues interpret and extract trends from base information
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs andthe market research process
- Proficiency in the mediaplanning process
- Ability to work with creative agencies
- Competency in allocating resources controlling expensesand working within predetermined budgets
- Demonstratedexpertise of digital marketing as well as more traditional offlinemarketing
- Creativity innovation and awareness of newtechnology trends in the travel industry
- Proficiency inInDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud products will be a plus
