    Our client is seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Estimator to join their As an Estimator, you will playa key role in the bidding and negotiation process for officeconstruction You will be responsible for accurately estimatingcosts, managing budgets, and preparing detailed The successfulcandidate will have a strong understanding of constructiontechniques, materials, and the local;

    Responsibilities:

    • Review projectplans, specifications, and drawings to develop detailed costestimates
    • Conductsite visits to gather information on construction requirements,access andconditions
    • Gatherand analyze data on materials, labor, and equipmentcosts
    • Preparedetailed proposals and presentations for clients andmanagement
    • Collaboratewith project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors toensure accuracy and completeness ofestimates
    • Attendpre-bid meetings and site visits to review and discuss projectrequirements
    • Negotiatewith subcontractors and suppliers to secure the s andterms
    • Monitorconstruction progress and adjust estimates asnecessary
    • Maintainaccurate records of estimates, proposals, andcontracts
