    Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estimator to join their As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the bidding and negotiation process for office construction You will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and preparing detailed The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and the local ;

    Responsibilities:

    • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop detailed cost estimates
    • Conduct site visits to gather information on construction requirements, access and conditions
    • Gather and analyze data on materials, labor, and equipment costs
    • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients and management
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
    • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to review and discuss project requirements
    • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the s and terms
    • Monitor construction progress and adjust estimates as necessary
    • Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and contracts
