- Takesresponsibility and ownership in creating personal connectionsthrough emotional luxury between bellmen andguests
- Ensure that all guests'luggage and items are received and delivered promptly and properlyupon arrival and departure by thebellmen
- Deliver all guests' luggagein an efficient and courteous manner ensuring no damage is causedto the items
- Ensure all mails and packages aredelivered promptly and handled in a systematic and efficientway
- Maintains communication channels with alldepartments of the hotel
- Monitors thearrangement and movement of luggage and all jobrequests
- Assist the Guest Service Manager inthe management of the bellmen to ensure seamless arrival anddeparture experience for all guests
- Ready tocover all roles and functions of the BellmanTeam
- Assists other hotel department functionswhen the need arises
- Maintains oversight andallocates resources to the smooth running of the dailyoperation
- Responsible for maintaining inventorylevels, maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and operatingsupplies
- Appraise appearance, ensurediscipline, and efficiency of all staff under directsupervision
- Assist to set out KPIs anddeliverables for the year with the Guest ServiceManager
- Create action plans and monthlyoverview of goals set out for the year with the Guest ServiceManager
- Training and coordination withsupporting departments
- Use data from givenhotel systems to analyze areas of improvement and create actionplans for the betterment of service
- Intuitivelyanticipates through observation and interactions guests'needs and wants and orchestrates uniqueexperiences
- Fully understands theFront-of-House position and the whole department constantly renewsand develops itself to make sure to keep up with the trends inhospitality industry
