+ About Your Role
As the Senior Manager Compliance , you will lead the development implementation and continuous enhancement of Qatar Airways Groups compliance framework .
+ Responsibilities: Oversee Group wide compliance programme ensuring adherence to applicable laws regulations standards internal policies Lead development maintenance monitoring of compliance frameworks governance structures compliance risk management initiatives Identify emerging compliance regulatory risks formulate forward looking mitigation strategies Develop update manage policies standards procedures guidance materials Provide expert advisory support on legal regulatory matters across Group ensuring business alignment best practices Ensure strong integration into business processes contracts operational decision making Direct internal investigations including misconduct regulatory breaches third party concerns Liaise external bodies government authorities required Oversee audits examinations ensuring findings analysed remediated effectively Prepare high quality reports senior leadership Board Executive Management Define lead training awareness programme employees across Group Promote culture ethics integrity accountability across all units Coordinate governance functions Legal IT HR Facilities Security Risk etc ensure cohesive operations Support management supplier third party risks due diligence sanctions export controls AML ABC requirements Lead mentor develop team professionals ensure performance capability growth service excellence Set departmental priorities monitor performance drive continuous improvement
+ Qualifications About You Bachelor Degree equivalent minimum years experience Diploma Vocational Qualification minimum years experience specialised experience in disciplines not purely legal advisory capacity Demonstrated managing function large multinational government entity Proven leading teams complex frameworks programmes Experience industry preferred Technical Expertise Strong knowledge ABAC Third Party Due Diligence Anti Money Laundering Sanctions Export Controls OR Compliance Risk Management Policy Standards Development Regulatory Relations Advisory Data Protection Privacy GDPR Ability conduct regulate audits assessments investigative processes Skills Competencies Leadership team building stakeholder management analytical communication report writing ability navigate influence levels organisational environments proactive adaptable capable multiple priorities dynamic environment
