Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager to take full ownership of two strategic and fast-growing business lines: IT Manpower & Resource Outsourcing Services and IT Training & Skills Development Business. This is a leadership role with complete responsibility for business development, revenue growth, profitability (P&L), operations, and strategic expansion of both lines of business.This job requires strong background in business development, enterprise sales, and account management with excellent understanding of GCC market dynamics (Qatar preferred). The ideal candidate must have proven P&L ownership experience for a services business and demonstrated experience in building or scaling an IT Training or Staffing business.
The responsibilities include owning end-to-end P&L responsibility for both businesses defining annual plans budgets forecasts growth targets tracking KPIs including billing utilization gross margins bench management attrition training profitability ROI presenting monthly quarterly performance reviews driving revenue growth margin optimization cost control cash flow analyzing market trends competitive landscape customer demands identifying opportunities to expand into new verticals geographies service offerings driving alliances partnerships technology vendors training partners ecosystem players supporting M&A evaluations new business incubation strategic investments when required.
Key qualifications include Bachelor degree in Engineering IT Business related field MBA preferred >12 years experience in IT services manpower outsourcing staffing or training businesses strong network across CIO HR Heads L&D Heads procurement teams exposure certifications partnerships Microsoft AWS Google Cisco SAP cybersecurity vendors managed services resource-based delivery models.
