- *Key Responsibilities** - Maintaining complex and detailed calendars - Arranging and coordinating complicated domestic and international travel - Events Management; organizing all public & private events and preparing media coverage if needed. - Office and Business management. - Purchasing and vendors management, sourcing and maintaining vendor details - Expenses and Finance management. - Compliance inquiries management. - Organize itineraries of senior management. - Deliver presentations about the work of the office to senior management /other sections of the organization - Assist the Business Management team in the preparation of senior management visits to Qatar - Local Business technology Coordinator. - Regulatory reports management.
- *Qualifications** - At least five years of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above - Fluent in English (both spoken and written), French will be an asset - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Advanced ability to organize - Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management - College degree is a plus J.P.
