    • Ideally FemaleCandidates Job Qualifications Minimum 2 years' workexperience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office /Guest Relations in a hotel. · Well developedcommunication and customer relations skills. Key Areas ofResponsibilities ›Directs and coordinates all marketingactivities and to communicate these activities throughout thehotel. ›Assists in the preparation and updates of theFront Office Departmental Operations Manual. ›Assists toconduct regular communications meetings and ensures thatdepartmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted asnecessary. ›Ensures information on restaurants, hotelfacilities and other miscellaneous are updated periodically.›Submits all guests/employees incident reports.›Reports and records "Lost andFound" items. ›Ensures that all Front Officeemployees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guestservice at all times. ›Ensures that Front Officeemployees provide excellent service to internal customers asappropriate. ›Assists in greeting and checking-in VIPand Long Stay guests. ›Ensures that all Front Officeemployees are aware of current promotions, policies and otherimportant information. ›Ensures that all Front Officeemployees are familiar with the hotel's products andservices.
