    VACANCY OVERVIEW SITE LIFTING SPECIALIST– QATAR Airswift are a Global Manpower Providerspecializing in the Energy, Infrastructure & IT sectors.

    Present in more than 70 countries around the world, our reach, andcapabilities in the markets we service is unparalleled in theindustry.

    We are working with our client based in Qatar to source aSite Lifting Specialist. This is a 3-year residential contractrenewable to be based in Qatar.

    Act as the focal point offshore& as required on site, for all project lifting mattersincluding approval of related documents submitted by ContractorCoordinates with MP Lifting SME, OPCO Lifting SME, CompanyRepresentative, Contractor and TPIA for Lifting related issues.

    Ensures all activities are undertaken in compliance with CompanyQHSES policies, regulations and standards. Assists ProjectManagement with lifting procedures & drawings review andtechnical support of execution matters. Responsible for overseeingLifting activities executed by Contractor offshore and as requiredonshore worksites. Participate in inspection of lifting equipmentto be used within project operations including hired andContractor's equipment. Performs surveillance inspectionon the Contractors lifting equipment and verifies its condition andvalidity for continued use.

    Conducts equipment audits ensuring allrelevant certification and audits are up to date and that anyclose-out actions from audits have been carried out.

    Stewards inthe management of change (MOC) process and is the Company point ofcontact on the worksite for all site lifting queries.

    Undertakescomplex lifting tasks and acts as a source of guidance for staff.
    Is expected to handle all but the most complex problems anddifficulties that might arise with regards to any liftingoperations.

    Knowledge Skills and Experience Minimum of 15years' experience in similar discipline with at least 10years demonstrated senior field experience in lifting operations,lifting preparation (lift plans), lifting supervision, and liftingequipment inspection.

    Demonstrate extensive experience in lifting& rigging especially in critical & heavy lifts inoffshore Greenfield and Brownfield environment.
