    KeyResponsibilities

    • Collaboratewith ICA/ELV engineers and other team members to develop detaileddesign plans for BMS CCTV Access Control Systems Fire Alarm SystemPAGA System Telecom Intercom Systems and Instrumentation Control& Automation works using Autodesk Revit 2020 or latestversion.
    • Create accurate and comprehensive 3Dmodels for each of the above systems incorporating the relateddevices control panels network cabinets and relatedcomponents.
    • Work closely with architectsstructural engineers and MEP team to ensure proper integration andcoordination of all system elements within the overall buildingmodel.
    • Generate detailed drawings schedules anddocumentation to effectively communicate design intent to internalteams clients and contractors.
    • Contribute tothe ELV & ICA design efforts specifying the devices andensuring appropriate coverage for different buildingspaces.
    • Design control room layouts includingpanel layouts operator workstations and large screen monitors asrequired.
    • Participate actively in BuildingInformation Modeling (BIM) processes fostering collaboration andcoordination among various projectstakeholders.
    • Manage and update Revit modelsthroughout the design and construction phases incorporatingrevisions and changes as required.
    • Conductregular quality checks to ensure accuracy consistency andcompleteness of the electrical models and associateddocumentation.

    KeyQualifications

    Proficiency inAutodesk Revit software with a focus on ICT/ELV &Instrumentation & Control systems.

    Strong understanding of design principles codes and standards forthe above disciplines.

    Relevant education orexperience in electrical engineering or a relatedfield.

    Excellent communication and collaborationskills for effective teamwork.

    Detailorientedwith a commitment to producing highquality work.

    Familiarity with BIM processes and collaborationtools.

    Previous experience as anElectrical/ELV/ICA Revit Modeler or similar role ispreferred.

    Experience working on commercialresidential or industrial projects isadvantageous.
