- Act as the primarypoint of contact between key customers and internalteams
- Develop and maintaina strong relationship with key customers of thecompany
- Acquire acomprehensive understanding of the needs and requirements of keycustomers.
- Promptlyaddress and resolve complaints from key customers devisingcustomized solutions asnecessary.
- Communicate andcollaborate with various teams including design marketing socialmedia sales and operations to ensure the fulfillment of customerrequirements.
- Internallyliaise with the GM procurement and lab team or any other departmentto facilitate your work including the graphicdesigners.
- Providemanagement with regular reports detailing the progress of accountsincluding updates on goals andtargets.
- Engage withpotential key customers presenting proposals duringmeetings.
- Negotiatecontracts with key customers incorporating deadlines fordeliverables.

Conduct research to identify newmarkets and customer needs
Arrange businessmeetings with prospective clients
Promote thecompanys products/services addressing or predicting clientsobjectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuringadherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersalessupport
Build longterm relationships with newand existing customers
Develop entry level staffinto valuable salespeople
Participate incollaborative business meetings to update keystakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a relatedfield.
