    MultiplyMii is in search of a SocialMedia & Community Manager who will be working withour client based in the USA. Our client is a growing DigitalCommunity that manages accounts across the globe, with a focus onSocial Media, SEO, Advertising, and Remarketing. In this role, youwill be responsible for community activations and engagement(primary focus is the client s Discordcommunity).

    The ideal candidate should be able todevelop engaging content, act as the face and voice of the companys brand and manage all community communications. You should be apeople person with great customer service skills and the ability tomoderate online and offline conversations with the client scommunity.
    Excellent at working with Social MediaSpecialists, micro influencers, membership, Marketing, and otherdivisions to coordinate Discord communitypostings as appropriate across the organization s other digitalchannels. Contributes to related communication vehicles and ensuresthe integration of community for promotion and awareness buildingand recommends and implements new community features asappropriate.
    Beyond your experience, we are also lookingfor someone who is professional and possesses impeccable Englishlanguage communication skills in both written andverbal.
    This role is 100% work fromhome.


    In this role,you will:

    • Creating ContentStrategy and Calendar
    • CoordinatingPosts
    • Fully manage Discord community , torepurpose strategies into LinkedIn, Twitter andInstagram
    • Working withTeams
    • Sourcing UGC from ExistingCommunity
    • Understanding Customer Journeys andFunnels
    • Customer Service and CommunityManagement
    • Develop and execute influencermarketing strategies and creativecampaigns
    • Brainstorm new, creative approachesto Discord community campaigns andengagement

    Corequalifications:

    • Proven 3+years of work experience as a Community Manager or similarrole
    • Experience planning and leading communityinitiatives
    • Ability to identify and trackrelevant community KPIs
    • Excellent interpersonaland presentations skills
    • Excellent oral andwritten communication
    • Hands-on experience withSocial Media and Content management
    • Attentionto detail, critical thinker, andproblem-solver
    • Able to work collaboratively ina cross-functional teamenvironment
    • Detail-oriented and processes workquickly and accurately
