    Junior Accountant supports the Accountingmanager in overseeing the complete finance and accounting functionof the firm and facilitating accurate and compliant recording,monitoring, reporting and control of all invoices &payments.

    Duties &Responsibilities, (include but not limitedto):

    • Responsible forcompany's financial management which includes all accountreconciliations and reporting to necessary parties i.e.,maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledgeraccounts.
    • Summarize and prepare financialstatus and transactions reports, including a profit and lossstatement, and other necessaryreports
    • Responsible for cash flowmanagement.
    • Responsible for raising Clientinvoices, handling Account receivables and regular follow ups forthe same.
    • Responsible for paymentpreparation
    • Responsible for Payrollprocessing.
    • Prepare periodic financial analysisand reports.
    • Prepare revenue projections andforecasting expenditure.
    • Assist in preparingand monitoring budgets.
    • Ensure financialrecords are maintained in compliance with accepted policies andprocedures.
    • Assist in annual auditpreparations.
    • Investigate and resolve auditfindings, account discrepancies, and issues ofnon-compliance.
    • Responsible to coordinate withvarious 3rd party firms, namely, Banks, Credit bureaus, Insurancecompanies for business relatedrequirements.
    • Perform monthly closings,maintenance of accounting files, and preparation/organization ofvarious financial forms, reports, and financial analyses,etc.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations and integrity of financialdata.
    • Perform other accounting duties andsupporting junior staff as required orassigned.
