    BAE Systems has been successfully deliveringtechnical training programs to our international customers for over10 years. Our team of dedicated and experienced teachers,instructors and support staff are passionate in helping developstudents' knowledge and prepare them for a technicalcareer.

    This role willsupport the Technical Institute in achieving and maintaining theintegrity of student data, as well as assisting with the assessmentand examination compliance with internal and external assessmentand examination requirements.

    Working closely with the LMS/TMS Administrator,this role will be responsible for maintaining the configurationcontrol of all student data onto and within the Learning ManagementSystem

    This person will beresponsible for supporting the Contract and Assurance team, as wellas the wider Technical Institute team for the end-to-end FoundationTraining, General Engineering and Speciality Training student datacapture.

    This person willhold the necessary qualifications to provide training deliveryresilience to the Foundation Training Delivery team, covering inperiods of sickness/absence/surge (e.g. customerdemands).

    Core activities of the roleinclude but no limited to:

    · Day-to-day student dataadministration (e.g., attendance, examresults)

    · Support to the day-to-dayadministration and organisation of exams andassessments

    · Provide day to daysupport to the Exams SME's, providing a short, medium andlong term examinations schedule

    ·Assist in processing student assessment and examinationresults

    · Ensure secure storage ofstudent records

    · Assist in theorganisation of assessment and examination activities prior to andafter assessment and examinations

    ·Responsible for collating Student Review Board material packs, withunderpinning trend analysis andcommentary

    · Responsible for uploadingand maintaining student data within the Learning Management Systemand maintaining configuration control of the studentdata

    · Responsible for provision ofTechnical Institute training pipeline graphics/schedules, detailingwhere different classes of students currently reside within thepipeline

    · Responsible forhighlighting and rectifying any inconsistencies or missing studentdata

    · Provide exam support toassessment and examination staff to ensure all administration isprepared prior to the assessment andexamination

    · Collation and productionof examination analysis reports for the managementteam

    · Work closely with the ProjectManagement Team, provide reports from the Learning ManagementSystem to support trend analysis of student data (i.e. attendance /exam results)

    · Assist in thepreparation of student record packs for internal and externalaudits

    · Ad hoc translation, when andwhere necessary.

    · Occasionalinterpretation services from Arabic to English andvice-versa
