    JobDescription:

    EssentialJobFunctions:
    • Understandsthe product technologies to be used and applies them appropriately.Knowledge of Oracle CC&B, C2M, MDM, MWM, WAM,etc.
    • Providesleadership and management representation to the Client and projectteam; creates strong morale and spirit within his/herteam.
    • Plans,facilitates, and leads various types of analysis sessions; able toinfluence the direction of a customer management group in/outsidethosesessions.
    • Analyzesrequirements, defines solution parameters andspecifications.
    • Documentsanalysis sessions, fit/gap requirements, and produces and guidesthe approval of decisionsheets.
    • Leadsthe design process; facilitates designworkshops.
    • Reviewsand understands multiple designs and ensures formation of acreative and cohesivesolution.
    • Assessesbusiness and technical impacts of proposedsolutions.
    • Conceptualizesa solution of significant scope, across multiple businessprocesses.
    • Managesthe client s expectations so that the resultant system meets theirbudget and timeconstraints.
    • Promotesindustry-wide bestpractices.
    Experience:
    • 5+years of Oracle Utilities productexperience.
    • SoftwareDevelopment Lifecycleexperience.
    • EducationandCertifications:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, informationtechnology or a relatedfield.
    • OracleUtilities Certificationspreferred.
