    • Technical role, works in a team,manages and configures network, ensuring availability, performanceand security.
    • Maintain, troubleshoot, repairand administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks(WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, connections tothe Internet and peripheral equipment
    • Selectsand installs bridges, routers, switches, hubs and related equipmentthat support various networking protocols, and assists ininstalling, designing, configuring, and maintaining systemsoftware.
    • Analyzes and troubleshoots thenetwork logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems;monitors usage to ensure security of data and access privileges;monitors data to optimize network performance; and resolvescritical network failures.
    • Develops andimplements network support and operational procedures; maintainsexisting LAN, internet.
    • Provide vendormanagement for all network equipment relatedvendors.
    • Assist with providing Security relatedtechnologies for disaster recovery and high availability and ensurethey are properly used and tested according to businessrequirements
    • Take swift actions on SOC and NOCtickets and resolve the networkissues.
    • Defending systems against unauthorizedaccess, modification and/ordestruction
    • Scanning and assessing network forvulnerabilities
    • Monitoring network traffic forunusual activity
    • Training fellow employees insecurity awareness and procedures
    • Developingand updating business continuity and disaster recoveryprotocols
    • Maintains asset inventoryconfiguration items
    • Incident and problemhandling
    • Review Performance, Availability& Capacity of network
    • Shall beresponsible and be compliant with ABA IT Division'ssecurity policies and procedures
    • Shall beresponsible for the protection of ABA IT Division'sinformation assets from unauthorized access, disclosure,modification, destruction and/or interference thereby ensuring theconfidentiality, integrity and availability ofinformation
    • Shall be responsible for reportingany security events, potential incidents and/or otherthreats
