    An Accounts Payable Supervisor will fullysupport the Accounts Payable function within the Finance departmentby following procedures, understanding the purchasing systemcompletely, and training others to use the system and followprocedures.

    What will I be doing?As an Accounts Payable Supervisor,you will fully support the Accounts Payable function within theFinance department.

    Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:


    • Use the company purchasing system, Birchstreet, to match allinvoices and purchases orders
    • Manage the chequeprocessing system
    • Meet all payment deadlines
    • Monitor and control the Accounts Payable process
    • TrainTeam Members who use the Birchstreet system
    • Maintain goodcommunication and working relationships with all hotelareas
    • Attend finance meetings, as required
    • Actin accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and followthe correct procedures when required What are we looking for?AnAccounts Payable Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always workingon behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
    Tosuccessfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude,behaviours, skills, and values that follow:


    • Previousexperience in a high volume Accounts function
    • Computerliterate, with good MS Excel skills
    • Good time managementand organisation skills
    Passion for providing superiorcustomer serviceIt would be advantageous in this position for youto demonstrate the following capabilities anddistinctions:

    • Previous knowledge of the Birchstreetpurchasing system and/or PeopleSoft
    • Relevant degree, inAccounting or related business discipline, from an academicinstitution
