    Strategic Planning in alignment with Corporate Business plans to meet the vision and mission of the Company both short and long term.

    Prepare Company's strategic plan, and support Business and Support Units to develop individual business plans for their areas.
    Undertake analysis to identify internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats.
    Produce monthly performance reports for the Executive Management in line with Business and Project's Balance scorecards.
    Previous consulting experience with companies like Ernest & Young, KPMG & PWC will be an added advantage.
